Privacy Policy

Your account email and sign-in credentials (handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password in plain text). The company information you type in: what your company does, where it works, and your answers to the drafting questions. The documents generated for you and their status. Any voluntary contribution amount you choose, including zero (no payment details are collected today). Basic technical logs kept briefly for reliability and abuse prevention.

To run FrankPass: draft your documents, save your progress, and show your dashboard. To improve the product and respond when you contact us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your company information for advertising.

To draft documents, the company information you provide is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, which processes it to generate your drafts. We send what is needed for drafting, never your sign-in credentials. Under Anthropic's API terms, inputs sent this way are not used to train their models.

Your account and saved passes are stored with Supabase, our hosted database provider. Access controls limit each row to the signed-in account that owns it. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We use browser local storage to keep an in-progress draft on your device before you sign in, and the session cookies our authentication provider needs to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run FrankPass (database hosting, AI drafting, email), and only for that purpose, or where the law requires it. We never sell it.

Deleting a company in your dashboard deletes its saved pass. To delete your account and everything in it, email us and we will remove it. Residual copies in backups age out on our providers' standard schedules.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live (including under Canadian privacy law), you may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator.

FrankPass is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.
